The president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to take some key decisions to address Ghana’s economic challenges.
This decision come after a three-day cabinet retreat by the government and key persons in the country met to take stock.
announcing to the public, the information minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah said, the Akufo-Addo led government has settled on key decisions which is aimed at addressing the current economic failings.
The three-day retreat on the economy ended on Saturday October 29.
The President is therefore expected to address the nation on Sunday October 30 which will seek him outline the policies and decisions taken.

Ghana has been going through economic challenges.
In a series of tweets, Mr Oppong Nkrumah who is also lawmaker for Ofoase Ayirebi said,

The government has received a backlash for the current economic challenges that the country is facing.
While global economic situation has contributed to the worsening economic situation, some opposition figures believe the policies and management of the Akufo-Addo led government has contributed to the currents situation.
