Veteran media personality and ace fashionista, Kwesi Kyei Darkwa also known as KKD, has attacked Metro Tv’s Paul Adom-Otchere, describing him as an attack dog for the NPP and nothing more.
Speaking on Captain Smart’s show Maakye on Onua Fm, KKD said Paul Adom-Otchere is not part of the party’s elders, instead, he is the dog they unleash to attack their enemies and ignore after.
“Paul is my small brother so I will not say anything bad against him, whatever he has said, I forgive him. I won’t badmouth him,” KKD began.
He added that Adom-Otchere is used by the elders of the NPP to attack other elders such as himself.
“He (Adom-Otchere) is not part of the elders, but a child who is deployed by elders to abuse other elders should remember that it is because of the prominent person’s cloth that the dog barks when he approaches.
“But when the dog is restrained and the prominent person sits with the elders to chat, the dog is returned to the cage. Advise yourself. Do not insult a person who is your elder. I love you too much,” KKD added.
Despite his promise not to say anything bad against his little brother Adom-Otchere, KKD reneged and attacked him for apparently attending a program he hosted at Movenpick hotel with a sidechick, despite being married.
Paul Adom Otchere attacks KKD
The host of Good Evening Ghana on Metro TV, Paul Adom Otchere, had previously described KKD’s critique of Finance Minister and Databank founder Ken Ofori-Atta as inaccurate and envious.
Speaking in an editorial on his show, Adom-Otchere attempted to set the record straight regarding KKD’s rant that the finance minister was bankrupting Ghana for his own gain as his former company, Databank, benefits every time Ghana borrows.
“I agree with KKD, people can’t take up government contracts and set up a company, that I agree with. But the references he is making are to people whose companies have not been set up today, they have been doing that work already,” Paul began.
Adom-Otchere continued: “So I come to sit on TV and say David Awauh-Darko, I’m older than him, he is a small boy and he came from nowhere, now he is a Minister of Finance and IC Securities are doing government business; that’s not analysis, that’s envy.”
“That’s not analysis, that’s pure jealousy, envy and it is foolishness,”
