NDC Youth On Rampage, Attack Regional Office

Some youth of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have attacked the Northern Regional Office of the party.

Reports suggests that, gun shots were fired as properties were destroyed and ransacked.

According to report from 3news.com, the attacked was occasioned by the appointment of Ali Adolf as the acting regional chairman by the Regional Executive Committee following the death of former Chairman Alhaji Ibrahim Mobila a few weeks ago.

Police officers has been deployed to the area to ensure calm and protect lives and properties.

Alhaji Abdulai Ibrahim Mobila, the Northern Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), passed away at the Tamale Teaching Hospital around 1445 hours on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

Mr. Abdul Salam Mohammed, the Northern Regional Secretary of NDC, confirmed news of the death of the late chairman.
