The former Deputy Minister for Communication, Nenyi George Andah, has been tipped as the next communications director of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Sources close to the party say Andah has been chosen as the next communications head of the party, beating off competition from three other party bigwigs – Kamal-Deen Abdulai, Dennis Miracles Aboagye and Richard Ahiagbah.
His appointment will soon be officialised.
The choice of Andah is seen as a move by the party in service of its ‘Breaking the 8’ agenda.
The New Patriotic Party has privately and publicly expressed frustration with some communications gaffes on its part which has hamstrung the party in touting its successes.
Andah is seasoned communication and marketing expert, credited with turning around multiple brands during his time in the corporate world.
