Security expert Professor Kwesi Aning of the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Centre has charged the Attorney General, Godfred Dame, to prosecute not only Aisha Huang but her ‘high-level’ accomplices in the state to ensure her ‘reign of terror’ is finally brought to an end.
Speaking on Newsfile on Joy News on Saturday, September 10th, Professor Aning said punishing Aisha Huang alone is not enough to bring justice to the people of Ghana for her crimes – her high-level accomplices must also be smoked out and punished.
“I want to caution the Attorney General or make a suggestion. Punishing Aisha Huang alone does not begin to think about the problem or the extent of the problem. We need to ask ourselves who are those who have colluded with her, connived with her, facilitated her business to the extent that we are even in doubt if she ever left this country,” Prof Aning said.
Speaking further, the Director of Research Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre said he’s reliably informed that Aisha Huang recently ‘dined with top officials’ in the country, speaking to her continued level of influence.
“The senior minister’s argument that Aisha Huang was she to be prosecuted could affect the Syno Hydro loan raises particularly difficult questions. I said Aisha Huang had been let off the hook because she was a Chinese state agent. Vladimir Antwi Danso, my senior brother says that she is not intelligent enough to be a state agent. That opens up more disturbing things.
“If she is not that intelligent, what was the senior minister doing facilitating her exit? How has she been able to stay in Kumasi running her shop? And I know about 10 days ago, she was dining with some important people. If that is the hallmark of a woman who is unintelligent then, what is the IQ level of those that we have put our trust in?” Prof Aning asked.
Touching on allegations that Aisha Huang managed to get a police commander transferred, Professor Aning urged the Inspector General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare, to launch an investigation.
“I am also disturbed about the amazing rapidity with which state institutions that had failed to act suddenly claim to be acting. In whose interest? Is it in their selfish interest that they close the gap that exposes them? And I have asked the IGP Dr. Dampare to investigate this assertion that this woman [Aisha Huang] was able to get a Commander transferred. If that is true, then the very edifice of this state, those who are to be protecting us, those that we have entrusted with our lives and the lives of generations yet unborn have failed us and failed us woefully,” he asserted.
Aisha Huang Is A Chinese Spy
Professor Kwesi Aning previously claimed that the circumstances surrounding Aisha Huang’s mysterious deportation after being arrested in 2017 confirm to him that she is no ordinary citizen but an agent of the state.
The Director of the Faculty of Academic Affairs and Research at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre said he believes Aisha’s mission in Ghana is to pollute our water bodies through galamsey and eventually lead to a decrease in quality of our cocoa crop for export.
“There’s a massive institutionalized trafficking scheme enabled by high-level corruption and collusion. And we find this in galamsey. In the Rosewood criminal enterprise, the Chinese merchant involved or the state agent involved is Huang Yan Chen also known as Helena Huang so what we are looking at is that these criminal enterprises are not just by ordinary people,” Aning said in an interview on Joy Fm Wednesday, September 7th 2022.
“These are state agents who are almost untouchable because if we go back to 2017 and 2018 escape of Aisha Huang and the argument that she has been released because we were looking for the Sino-Hydro loan and that was she to be prosecuted, it would affect the loan, then Aisha is not an ordinary Chinese gangster. She’s an agent of the state. She’s a spy.
“And her expertise is in economic warfare; deliberately destroying our environment and our waterbodies through galamsey so that the cyanide and the mercury will go through our underground water, come through the food chain and destroy the cocoa crop. And we know that Japan in particular that loved our cocoa beans is now disturbed because they found traces of chemicals in our cocoa beans. So we need to elevate this conversation over and above ordinary people stealing excavators,” Prof Aning said.
