Veteran Ghanaian comedian and satirist, Kwaku Sintim-Misa popularly known as KSM, has rubbished the decision by the government to appoint embattled Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, as the acting Minister of Trade and Industry.
According to KSM, the NPP’s empty boast of ‘we have the men’ prior to winning power has now been reduced to just one man, Ken Ofori-Atta, who is expected to fix everything despite messing them up in the first place.
Taking to Twitter, KSM wrote: “Asem o. I thought “You had the MEN” apparently you just have “THE MAN”. GH now reduced to “A CIRCUS IN A ZOO”

His reaction comes after the President, Nana Akufo-Addo, named Ofori-Atta to act in stead of the resigned Trade Minister, Alan Kyeremanten.
Mr. Kyeremanten popularly known as Alan Cash yesterday verbally informed the president of his resignation and followed it up with an official resignation letter.
In an acceptance letter, Director of Communication at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin said the president has accepted the resignation and thanked Mr. Kyeremanten for his services to his government and nation and wished him well in his future endeavors.
The letter also said the president has asked the embattled minister for finance, Ken Ofori-Atta to act as the caretaker Minister for Trades and Industry until a substantive minister is appointed.
Even though Mr. Kyeremanten did not give any reasons for his resignation, it is widely speculated that it is to enable him to have enough time to concentrate on his campaign to be elected as flagbearer of the ruling NPP.
