Head of corporate Communications of Ghana Gas Company, Ernest Owusu Bempah says John Mahama will be the easiest person to beat for NPP’s victory in the 2024 general election.

Mr. Owusu Bempah is of the view that, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has the antidote of beating John Mahama for electoral victory again.

He said, meeting the former President of the NDC would not pose any challenge to the NPP as it will be a mere formality.

Speaking to Kwamina Sam Biney’s anopa bofo show on Angel FM/TV, the communicator of confident that John Mahama was the easiest candidate to meet in the upcoming general election.

“..That’s his own matter, he’s that one person that we (NPP) want him to represent the NDC as we can defeat him once more as we did. For him, he’s that cheap for us when it comes to elections, and we will defeat him hands down and anyone at all that comes onboard.”he said.

Ernest Owusu Bempah is convinced that, Ghanaians will not trust the former president to lead this country again looking at his record and John Mahama will continue to be a former president.

“We respect him because he is our former president, and we know he will continue to be an opposition leader for the rest of his life because Ghanaians do not have confidence in him to govern the state.

“So, for him, we are seriously praying because if the NDC fails to bring him, I will be very disappointed.” he added.

Referencing his record as the reason Ghanaians will not make mistake to vote for the former president, Mr. Owusu Bempah said, John Mahama has a bad record as a president and without any major global challenges, he sent the economy into ditch.

He therefore stated that, Mahama should stay away from spreading falsehood and propaganda as according to him, NPP’s worst record “is far better than his past administration.”
