Member of Parliament for Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfro Hon. Sylvester Tetteh says, the National Democratic Congress has no solution to the problems facing the country.
The Member of Parliament was speaking on TV3 morning show said, those who are trumpeting the hardship in the country has no solution and so should not be trusted.
The former Chief Executive Officer of National Youth Authority who was speaking with regards to the impending closure of shop by the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) urged all to have faith in the current government to fix the current economic crisis.
” “In event that the NDC wins power today, what are they going to do?” he quizzed.
“There will be no magic to [solving] this crisis,” he added.
Ghana’s economy has been facing challenges. The Ghanaian cedi has lost 35% of it value as investors continue to trickle out of the economy.
The government has mainly blamed the woes of the economy on the impact of COVID-19 and the recent Russia-Ukraine crisis bring pressure on the world economy
As GUTA threatens a close down their shops, the information Minister has assured of availability of dollars in the economy to ease pressure on the cedi.
