The National Youth Organizer position of the upcoming National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) executive election is tipped to be one of the hotly contested as Sammy Gyamfi endorses Brogya Genfi.
National Communications Officer of the (NDC) broke his silence on the upcoming executive election to endorse Brogya Genfi, a move that has been met with varied opinions.
The former Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer and member of the Friends of Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings (FONKAR) Brogya Genfi has declared that he will be contesting for the NDC’s National Youth Organizer position in the upcoming election.
Taking to his twitter page, Sammy Gyamfi expressed his support for Brogya Genfi, touting his as the man for the National Youth Organizer job.
He believes that the NYO the NDC needs to win power in 2024 is Brogya Genfi.
Sammy Genfi tweeted “He is strategic, inspiring, COURAGEOUS, a unifier, and a team player. He is Brogya Genfi- the Youth Leader, the @OfficialNDCGh needs.”
The National Democratic Congress will in December elect National officers. These officers will lead the political party going into the 2024 elections.
The party is optimistic about a win in the next election considering the challenges bedeviling Ghana’s economy in recent times and the government’s failure to rectify the challenges.
This adds to the already heated contest between Asiedu Nketia and Samuel Ofosu Ampofo who are battling it out for the National Chairman position.
