Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has allegedly been fingered in yet another bribery scandal, this time involving a Journalist.

It’s has emerged that a worker of Nhyira FM in Kumasi is on the payroll of the former president alongside other journalists in the Region.

Nana Jantuah, who has been an ardent critic of the NPP government has been mentioned in an audio recording of being a recipient of the said bribe from the quarters of the former president.

In a leaked audio, Appiah stadium who is a leading serial caller for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is heard disclosing to a friend that John Dramani Mahama had asked some businessmen to be paying Nana Jantuah an amount of $2,000.

“Why don’t we call people to order. Alhaji Saani even got angry as a result of that. This boy is working and pushing our agenda at Nhyira FM.

Kissam gave out $2,000 and Chris gave Ghc 2,000 to be given to Nana Jantuah but because the person who was supposed to give him the Ghc 2,000 failed to give the money out. You called me to tell me that Kwadwo Jantuah has been given $2000 and I said you shouldn’t have told me that over the phone because my phone is been monitored by BNI, National Security. So I told Kwadwo Jantuah that Abass will destroy his career because when the NPP guys here that John Mahama has made some businessmen give him money.”

Listen below the conversation.
