A Nutritionist, Fred Amese has revealed that eating gari and beans a popular Ghanaian food known as Gob3 helps one produce high quality sperms and ovaries.
In fact, he stressed that gob3 stands out when it comes to diets that help one to produce the best of sperms and ovaries.
Speaking in an interview with 3Fm monitored by MyNewsGh.com, he explained that the rich nutritional value of the combination makes it unrivaled when one wants to have high quality sperms.
“For quality sperms and ovaries, gob3 is number 1. Oh yes! The popular gob3 we know… Boiled beans with you oil. Then you garnish it with your plantain, some gari or some pear. That is gob3. That is because, it is very rich in fiber. So all foods that are high in fiber are essential for good sperm quality. It is very rich in protein. Gob3 has very rich protein quality. Because in protein diets, the quality of the protein is also important. Then it’s very high in carbohydrates…It also has micronutrients. So when it comes to sperm quality, micronutrients are very important,” he explained.
